A trail event for walkers, runners or mountain bikers on the beautiful 10 mile circular loop from the market town of Settle on bridleways, helping to raise crucial funds for Sue Ryder's expert care.
The event, sponsored by Castleberg Outdoors, starts and finishes at North Ribblesdale RUFC. You will be rewarded with a bespoke medal and hot food when you finish.
The route is on good trails and is signed and marshalled. It does, however, take in some remote parts of the Yorkshire Dales countryside so you need to be fit and healthy enough to take part, and prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear for the day.

Those considering running or taking part on mountain bikes, but who would ideally like a longer route, should see the 3 Dales Marathon - Run it, Ride it which is an extension of this event on the same day.
