West Heath Barn comprises 3 recently converted barns dating from the 1850's, situated less than 2 minute walk from Peddars Way and under a mile from Great Massingham. We offer stylish bed and breakfast in the old granary as well as self-catering accommodation in two spacious and well equipped cottages,
Our B&B is for walkers and cyclists who like their creature comforts at the end of an arduous day. Our double and twin rooms all have en-suite bathrooms (2 with wet rooms/walk-in showers and 1 with bath/shower), wifi, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries, cosy underfloor heating and big comfy beds. Afternoon tea is served on arrival and a full English breakfast using local fresh produce is served in the hall of the main barn to sustain you for the day ahead.
Facilities for drying clothes and storing bikes are provided and picnic lunches are available on request. In nearby Great Massingham, guests can visit the award winning Dabbling Duck pub and restaurant. It's a 25 minute scenic walk from West Heath Barn, though owners Gill and Dave are happy to provide a lift to and from the village if you've run out of steam by the end of the day.
Sorry no pets allowed in the B&B rooms, but dogs are very welcome in our self-catering accommodation (call us for more details on availability and short-break stays).
