Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five-minute drive away.
This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders. Migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.
The location is ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owner’s tranquil garden for relaxation.
The Snug has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix and internet. Please note sometimes the internet connection is unreliable due to our location.
Complimentary tea coffee and some milk are provided plus shampoo and shower gels. We provide a cigarette waste bin outside if needed.
Opposite The Snug is Cassia Shepherd’s Hut that can also be booked if you want to travel with friends.
