This comfortable detached bungalow is tucked away in a quiet location in this pretty village which is within walking distance of the beaches at Pwllgwaelod, Cwm yr Eglwys and Aberbach.
Dinas has two village shops, a pub (which serves food), a beachside restaurant, a fish and chip shop, a children's play park and tennis court. The Pembrokeshire coastal path can be joined at Cwm yr Eglwys or Pwllgwaelod and the coastal walkers' bus stops in the village as well as the regular service bus.
Newport is just a couple of miles away and offers a fabulous selection of eateries.
Within a few miles are Fishguard, Cardigan, St Davids, Porthgain and the pretty harbours at Solva and Lower Town.
Entrance is into the hallway and through to the large L shaped sitting and dining room with triple aspect, open fireplace and glass doors leading to the patio.
The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, easy chairs, coffee table, TV with DVD player and a bookcase with a selection of books and maps.
The dining area has a modern white table with matching chairs.
The kitchen is lovely and light, has a double aspect and a range of white fitted units with electric ceramic hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring pods) and washing machine.
The adjacent utility hallway leads to the back door and has a tumble dryer, heating boiler and space for coats and boots.
There are 2 bedrooms, both furnished in a contemporary style.
bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside chests with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair.
bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside chests with lamps and chest of drawers with mirror.
The WET room has a very large walk in shower with glass screen, WC and hand basin.
There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
