No more wet feet at Rapishaw Gap

10th June 2016

Path improvements have just been completed at Rapishaw Gap, just north of Hadrian's Wall. The flags had sunk into the peat and were covered in a layer of murky water meaning that they were both slippery and hard to find. The flags have been lifted and repositioned and are now dry and easy to see. We hope you enjoy using this restored section of path.
