A 3.7 mile circular walk around Blackton Reservoir. The surrounding area supports large numbers of breeding wading birds and wildfowl. Whilst only a short section is on the Pennine Way, this circular route provides an opportunity to explore an area around the trail which is rich in wildlife. This walk was created by the North Pennines AONB Partnership.
