As proud owners of The White Horse in Cromer, Anne & Ken provide a friendly welcome offering a home from home experience. Guests will return year after year following a memorable stay. The White Horse is a traditional 16th Century coaching Inn which has been sympathetically modernised over the years with Bed & Breakfast and ample parking. We are very close to the abundance of attractions that the North Norfolk coast has to offer.
Our cosy snug & dining areas alongside the spacious games area make this a real family place to eat, drink & meet friends old & new.We serve Real Ales which include Wells Bombadier, Marston Pedigree & Lifeboat (Jennings Cumberland). We welcome children. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the bar area only. The Cromer White Horse has 6 guest bedrooms. 1 Family room, 3 Doubles & 2 Singles which are all tastefully decorated in neutral tones. All rooms are en-suite, have Tea & Coffee making facilities and central heating. Rooms are serviced daily and Irons can be supplied on request. We serve a hearty breakfast which is included in the tariff. We charge an all year round tariff of £35 pppn. We do not charge a single person supplement.
We pride ourselves on our freshly cooked meals & a vast majority of our desserts are homemade by us. The Railway & Bus station are all but a 2 minute walk away and a short stroll will lead to Cromer town centre where you will find an array of quirky independent shops selling everything from homemade Fudge to distinctive jewelry. Whilst finding your perfect holiday souvenir you will be spoilt for choice!
You will find the beach with it's famous Pier jutting out to sea only a few steps from us where you can enjoy a fabulous night out being entertained in the theatre with the superb 'Seaside Special' during the summer season. Thursford Museum, Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Sandringham Estate & the Norfolk Broads to name but a few are all worth a visit during your stay with us. For those travelling with children we are a stones throw from Amazona Zoo or should you wish to venture further afield you will find Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns & Splash Water Park.
