15KM trail race organised by Tring Running Club. The route starts on the outskirts of Tring before taking in Ashridge and climbing to the Ridgeway. It then follows the Ridgeway National Trail to Pitstone Hill and Aldbury Nowers, finishing at the Cricket Club.
