A 2 day 80 mile adventure following an ancient drovers pathway between Ivinghoe and Avebury
Suitable for intermediate to experienced riders; the route has some rooty singletrack sections and two days in the saddle.
Description: Starting at Ivinghoe Beacon, day 1 involves the more technical riding of the route, through woods and following some twisty singletrack trails. The day finishes in the pretty market town of Wallingford where riders will camp and unwind for the night close to the river Thames. Day 2 involves riding along less technical and more exposed double track trails with far reaching views before finishing at Avebury's mystical stone circle.
