Join us at Humberhead Peatlands NNR for this 4-5 miles or a couple of hours at a good pace, just enjoying the space and freedom of the Moors. We will be listening out for the evening bird song and enjoying views of the white clouds of cotton grass splayed across the horizon like breaking waves. The walk is across flat ground and will wend its way along grassy paths and onto the Limestone Road where we might catch a glimpse of deer and numerous wildfowl!
The walk will be over flat ground but wear strong boots/shoes if possible. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
