Our expert guides will lead you through the bog, sharing fascinating insights about these elusive birds. Don't miss this unique opportunity to experience nature at its most enchanting.

Dersingham Bog is an important stronghold for the Nightjar and the heathland habitat provides suitable breeding conditions for these distinctive yet elusive birds.

Site is moderately accessible. The walk will be taking place during the dusk, so please bring a torch. Members of staff will have limited torches to share. Path is a sandy track and has some slopes along with ruts, good footwear with ankle support is advised. Biting insects are common at night so full body coverage with insect repellent is advised. Site does not have public toilets, water or handwash facilities.
