Welcome to the Goss Moor Bat Walk event for NNR Week 2024! Come along and join us for an exciting evening on Tuesday 21st May, 2024 at 9PM at Goss Moor National Nature Reserve 🦇
Listen to an informative talk about our nocturnal friends from members of the team, finding out more about what species we have on the reserve.
Our knowledgeable guides will then lead you on a bat walk through the farm and out onto the reserve, where you'll have the chance to see these nocturnal animals in their natural habitat. We’ll be looking out for bats as well as using detectors to help identify different species from their echolocation. 🔊
