Welcome to the Golitha Falls Bat Walk & Talk event! Come along and join us for an exciting evening on Wednesday 22nd May, 2024 at 9PM at Golitha Falls National Nature Reserve! 🦇

Listen to an informative talk about our nocturnal friends from members of the Cornwall Bat Group, finding out more about what species we have at Draynes Wood.

Our knowledgeable guides will then lead you on a bat walk through the reserve for a steady walk along the Beech Tree Loop and Leat Path, where you'll have the chance to see these nocturnal animals in their natural habitat. We’ll be looking out for bats as well as using detectors to help identify different species from their echolocation. 🔊

📍Meeting place – Beside Inkies Smokehouse in the Golitha Falls Car Park
