Bed & brekast...
Double bedroom, own bathroom. Use of kitchen,dining area and sun room within a family home with 1 adult occupant. This is an 11 acre smallholding. Less than half a mile from the National trust Kymin roundhouse which is on the Offa's Dyke path..The kitchen is shared and you are able to cook your own breakfast. There is another bedroom with another double bed in it, this bedroom may be booked at the same time- your friends would share your bathroom.I do not provide meals, but you are welcome to help yourself to tea coffee etc. and help yourself to breakfast- I only offer bread/toast and eggs, jam and marmalade . You are also welcome to bring extras to supplement the breakfast I offer, and to use the kitchen to cook an evening meal.. A simple evening meal may be requested as an extra.
You are welcome to walk around the fields , see the horses and look for badgers on the banks where there is a badger sett. There is a fire pit in the orchard and you may light a fire and have a barbeque..
