We are situated very close to the Yorkshire Wolds Way and all our rooms are spotlessly clean, with comfy beds, quality furnishings and attractive decor. There are in room tea/coffee making facilities, including a keep cool and fresh insulated jug of fresh milk and some nice biscuits. All rooms have a flat screen Freeview TV/DVD with radio function, alarm clock, hairdryer, and an iron is available on request. Fresh clean white towels are provided, and there is a hair and body wash shower gel dispenser within the shower cubicle. Free WIFI is available.
We always look forward to welcoming walkers and cyclists and can provide sheltered and locked overnight storage for cycles. Our location is ideal for a one or two night stay, depending on how you plan your daily walking distances. We are always happy to help with your planning and can provide local information about taxi services for luggage transfer, etc. Packed lunches can be provided, if required, for an additional charge – just let us know at the time of booking.
We serve a delicious full English breakfast to set you up for the day, or you can choose a lighter option from our menu. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juice, yoghurts and toast are always provided plus a choice of teas or fresh coffee.
Within easy walking distance (less than a mile) there are two or three restaurant pubs nearby that serve a good choice of evening meals.
