Enjoy this year's Yorkshire Wolds Walking & Outdoors Festival

This fabulous festival in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds is back for its 9th year offering superb activities over 10 days that will appeal to families, casual walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The festival has grown in reputation showcasing the wonderful landscape and celebrating the rich heritage of the Yorkshire Wolds. The rich and varied programme of activities features something for all ages and abilities from relaxed strolls around our market towns to a 50 mile hike from the iconic minsters of York to Beverley. There are over 100 individual activities to enjoy. On the Yorkshire Wolds Way there is the ever popular Boots & Beer Walk with Wold Top Brewery on Wednesday 11 September and our family Geocaching session at Humber Bridge Country Park on Sunday 15 September. Join in for cycling, special interest and historic walks, horse riding, nature safaris, nordic walking, historic house and parkland tours, specialist guided walks, boat trips and even a Buddhist experience.

The festival runs from the 7th to 15th September
