The Cross Keys is an award winning small village pub, run for the last 30yrs by Steve and Mary Anstey, nestling in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds and dating back to at least the 1700s. We are also on the Centenary Way and the Chalkland Way as well as the Yorkshire Wolds Cycleway. The bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in the stable block at the rear of the pub and offers ensuite rooms with showers and a boot room for those "oh so rare" inclement walking - or cycling-days !

We offer a selection of cask ales and fine wines as well as lager, cider and a rather good stout in our CAMRA award winning pub. There is a varied menu including homemade dishes and we are happy to discuss and provide any special dietary requirements with advance warning.

We also have Visit England Silver Award and Breakfast Award and Guestlink Gold Visitor Choice.

PLEASE NOTE:- Our premises licence does not allow children of under 14yrs in the pub and so we are unable to accommodate them in the bed and breakfast accommodation.
