Lee Bay is a private beach on the Lee Abbey estate 2 miles sw of Lynton and on the route of the coast path.

Lee Bay is the only easily accessible beach with sand (at low tide) within half an hours drive either direction. It is served by a car park which also offers access to a network of woodland paths on the estate, a public toilet, a tea cottage open from May to September, a small shop and three self catering units bookable through the Lee Abbey website.

Since 1946 Lee Abbey has been home to a Christian community that hosts a conference, retreat and holiday centre on the dramatic North Devon coast, where individuals and groups come to be renewed and inspired by God. Find out more by logging on to our website www.leeabbey.org.uk/devon
