The Great 100 mile litter-pick

3rd June 2015

All this week 2 intrepid fund-raisers are walking the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne, litter-picking the whole way. Louisa Robertson-MacLeod  and her friend are raising funds for Community and Environmental projects in Costa Rica and Nicaragua run through Raleigh International expeditions.

So far after 5 days of walking they have collected a staggering 30 bin bags of rubbish! This is an inspiring trip. If every walker just picked up a couple of bits of litter along their walk, the countryside would be a great deal cleaner!

If you see Louisa and her friend, say hello and give them your support.
