This a comfortable, light and spacious new house (completed summer 2017). Located in Shoreham by Sea there is a link close by to the South Downs way walk. Brighton is 20 minute drive, or 25 minutes by bus (bus stop at the top of the road). Shoreham by sea is a historic town. It has a creative vibe with a popular Arts centre and has many vibrant bars, cafes and restaurants. I have visitor parking, or a garage to put your bicycles in if needed. There is a large park nearby with tennis courts and a cafe - I have rackets if you would like to play! I appreciate a quiet house generally and like to spend time in the garden or dog walking my friendly lab cross dog.
