We've been named Yorkshire's Favourite Pub 2019, at the Great Yorkshire Show; a fantastic achievement and accolade that honours our amazing team.

Located in Malham, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a traditional country inn with wood beams, open fires and home-cooked food. Rooms are cosy, stylish and filled with all the comforts of home. Enjoy tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable beds and plump pillows, en-suite bathrooms with shower and complimentary toiletries.

Indulge in a delicious menu filled with seasonal produce which means the menus are ever-changing and dishes are wholesome and hearty. Taste dishes which are freshly prepared to order using quality local ingredients, sourced from trusted suppliers in the area including delicious cuts of meat, seasonal vegetable and cheeses. Try the famous Lister home-made pies.

Right on the Pennine Way, it’s the perfect place to stop for a well-earned drink with real ales and fine wines, served in the bar.  Or take a seat outside and watch village life wander by, the ducks on the village green and the occasional herd of sheep head up the hill.

The inn is family friendly and dog-friendly – so you can all enjoy a warm welcome. We have dog-friendly rooms, and your four-legged friend is always welcome in the bar for dinner and drinks with you next to the roaring log fire.
