New Interpretation on Offa

9th March 2015

As part of our Walking with Offa project , the Trail has been working on various elements of interpretation along the Trail, as well as developing interpretive plans we have installed a number of pieces of interpretive along the Trail.

This interpretive post has been put alongside the Llangollen canal just south of Pontcysyllte Aqueduct within the World Heritage site. This is quite a significant point on the Trail, as coming from the north along the Trail this is the first point you actually come in contact with the Offa's Dyke and from the south, the Trail parts company with Offa's Dyke for the rest of the journey north.

We would like to thank the Canals and Rivers Trust, for working with us and giving us consent to instal interpretation at this point.
