Rural, 5 van location, yet only 10 minutes drive to Canterbury Cathedral, 5 minutes to Howletts Wild animal Park, 15 minutes to the Channel Ferries to France, and 40 minutes to the Channel Tunnel and only 20 minutes from safe sea bathing and sandy beaches.

A very central location for accessing the whole of the South East and situated adjacent to The North Downs Way. Walking distance to the village station which is on the mainline direct to London/Dover.

Park & Ride for Canterbury just 5 minutes drive away Lovely rural walking to Canterbury or along the North Downs.
