We have a varied coastline that has once again been awarded as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Helen Storer Photography will support you in exploring the vast beaches, rugged marshes and local wildlife that earned the coast its title. Each port of call along the coast awaits the artistic photographer.
The Norfolk coastal landscape stretches for 90 miles (93 when the tide's out!) Standing on Norfolk’s beaches more often than not we find space, freedom, autonomy.
To the west of the coastline, erosion on the beach at Holme and Thornham at the turn of the century uncovered Seahenge, a cryptic circle of oaks erected in the bronze age, possibly for funeral rites. These ancient marks, and the uncertainty around them, challenge and thrill us.
And then central along the Norfolk coastline is Cromer. Cromer is a victorian seaside resort with a splendid pier, and old-fashioned amusements.
Helen has lived in Norfolk for many years and as a international award winning photographer, Helen can plan a great day out for you in this wonderful county of Norfolk. These workshops are suitable for anyone just starting out with a new camera or for those who want to develop their skills. The workshops start mid afternoon from Morston Quay and finish with a sunset shoot 7 hours later (actual times are depending on time of year) Max. 3 persons on any workshop.
