Bank Mill Nurseries and Visitors Centre is situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and adjacent to a Site of Special Scientific Interest. There is a small gift area, a coffee shop serving a variety of tasty meals and snacks using local produce, a butterfly house, a reptile house, a nature reserve with ponds and picnic tables, flower meadows, and some Jacob sheep. Bankmill is also home to the Ani-Mel Haven, A Rescue Sanctuary for various abused, neglected & abandoned animals.
