Since 15th August 2018, there is a platform at Princes Risborough mainline train station which allows direct connections to steam trains on the heritage railway line between Princes Risborough and Chinnor. This new interchange means it is easier for people to travel by train along the length of The Ridgeway, but please note that trains on the heritage line are much less frequent than on the mainline.
