SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY AND “You Raise Me Up”.
Jevington Village Fete is a truly community affair, and has all the ingredients of an old fashioned family day out. With free Punch and Judy shows; ferret roulette; craft stalls; WI cakes; flower displays, plants; tombola; raffle; bric-a-brac; coconut shy; tea tent and bar with real local ales.
The Fun Dog Show has classes for everyone so bring your dog along. There will be traditional games and coconut shy, so come and have a go! Anna’s ferrets will be here, so you can try your luck at ferret roulette. And then there’s the amazing Matthews Mouse Town – something not to be missed.
And why not sit the children down to one of three Punch and Judy shows? There’s also a whole barrow of booze to be won – and the chance to support our chosen charity You Raise Me Up who will be with us on the day.
Chalk Horse Music and friends will be playing while you relax and enjoy a pint of locally brewed beer, or tucking into a slice of homemade cake and a nice cup of tea.
