We are in the small village of Poynings, located at the foot of the legendary Devil's Dyke
This Victorian house used to be the shop and Post Office for the village.
We can offer 2 double rooms one smaller at £60 but with marvellous views looking South, the other larger at £70 with distant views to the North-West. This larger room can be set up as a twin room or with king size bed
Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and both rooms have tea/coffee making facilities.
A self-serve continental breakfast is included in the room price. Packed lunches can be provided for an additional cost.
