A charming property on the South Downs Way, Kingsley House sits in the quiet and rural hamlet of Pyecombe yet is only five miles from the lively city of Brighton with its beach, nightlife and entertainment. A popular wedding venue is close by, a pub is 150 yards away with 24 hour convenience store next door. A farm shop/cafe is a fifteen minute walk.
For cyclists and walkers exploring the South Downs Way, Pyecombe is the ideal stopover between Steyning and Lewes.
A beautiful feature of the Village is the 12th - 13th century church, with its doors always open to visitors.
A few hundred yards away, Pyecombe Golf Club is a popular 18-hole course with spectacular views of the South Downs in all directions and is the starting point for walking/cycling to Lewes.
Included in the price is a choice of hot cooked breakfasts, also; yoghurts, cereals (porridge on request,) home-made breads/pastries and fruit. Vegetarian option and other dietary requests are available with prior notice.
