Follow waymarkers and local signs

Give way to pedestrians and horse riders.

Cycling is a great way to get out into the countryside and to keep fit. When out in green spaces, you are likely come across other people and animals. Always slow down or stop for livestock, horses and pedestrians and make sure to allow plenty of room.

Remember, cyclists must give way to walkers and horse riders on bridleways and make sure to be sign aware and know your access rights.
