The property itself is ground floor - everything is new.  Lovely sunny South facing lounge/kitchenette with modern oak flooring.  Fan asssisted oven, fridge freezer, slow cooker. The Living area has a small sofa bed. It also has a lovely window seat - ideal for reading.

The large East facing double bedroom has a superking size bed, with crisp white covers, which can be made into 2 decent sized single beds if needs be.  There is a utility area for hanging clothes and walking boots so that the bedroom can be kept nice a clear.

The bathroom is bigger than average with a large modern steel bath with taps from wall. Lovely if you have been walking or cycling all day.!  A large seperate power shower and toilet and wash basin.

This really has been decorated to an extremely high standard, very contemporary and clean with white walls and white linen and modern tasteful kitchen and bathroom.

It may also be possible to pick you up from the Downs if you run out of time and are too tired! (I know i've done it!)
