The Fat Lamb is a quiet, relaxing country inn right at the foot of the Pennine Bridleway (or the head, depending on which way you look at it). In the Act of Parliament that commissioned the Pennine Bridleway, the Fat Lamb is designated as the official terminus. We serve great food, have comfortable en suite rooms and a nice garden and private nature reserve. We can offer accommodation to cyclists and riders with secure bike storage by arrangement, and pasturage for horses (please not we do not have any stabling facilities).
