Cottage courtyard is a unique development of former farm buildings connected to a Cotswold stone farmhouse dating back over three hundred years. Its unique situation nestling in the foot of the Cotswold hills only, half a mile from the Cotswold Way, 18 minutes from the regency town of Bath, 12 minutes from Westonbirt arboretumand close distance from the Badminton estate make it a fantastic base to explore the south Cotswolds. It is a short walk to a superb golf course and a mile and a half from the ancient market town of Chipping Sodbury with its great selection of pubs and restaurants.
The property offers self catering holiday accommodation and weekend breaks.
The large apartment (the hunter box) has a lounge, double bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower. There is subtle lighting and the furniture is high quality with leather sofas and rugs. There is also a futon/sofa bed that could take and extra two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, oven and plenty of utensils. There is also use of a washing machine. The large games room has a wood burning stove great for winter evenings and in the summer months you can relax on the south facing courtyard
The smaller apartment is a beautiful studio with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with private garden and use of the courtyard.
