All our 22 bedrooms are en-suite and have been uniquely furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques and modern pieces, designer wallpapers, iPod dock players, Flat screen DVD/TV & FREE WIFI. Bathrooms are sleek and modern with Hansgrohe showers travertine tiles and Geneva Guild products.
Breakfast is delicious & award winning. We are foodies at Brooks. So, come and sample our tasty seasonal specials all using free range local produce e.g. Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine or Full English breakfast.
We are located just 350 meters below the Royal Crescent and an easy 7 minute walk from shops, restaurants, bars and attractions such as the Roman Baths & Thermae Bath Spa.

Parking is available at £8.00 per overnight stay within the residential area zone 6, subject to availability; we have a well stocked honesty bar too.
All children are welcome, under 2 years old stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
