Beech House

The self contained holiday let, which comprises one half of the house, has two ensuite bedrooms, accommodates four people and is completely self contained. The accommodation can be increased up to six for an extra charge.

Our house offers quiet accommodation off of the main road, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Hebden Bridge, and 5 minutes from the railway station with its excellent bus and train service.

We have private established gardens and a patio area available for use by guests. The rear of the property backs directly on to the hillside with access to the hillside paths.

The house is fully centrally heated and offers versatile accommodation. Included is a welcome "get you started" pack including all of the basics such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereals, fruit etc.

There is ample off-road parking for up to five vehicles.

The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and dining table.

There is a separate lobby with a downstairs toilet and outside storage for bicycles etc.

The large comfortable lounge has sofas, coffee table, freesat tv / dvd player, a Wurlitzer, a touch screen jukebox and a flame effect fire. There are a selection of games and books. Patio doors lead on to the patio area which has garden furniture. Unlimited broadband access is always available.

The two main letting bedrooms can be configured for twin or super king size and both have ensuite bathrooms. The beds have Limoges 1500 pocket sprung mattresses for a good nights sleep.

All bedrooms have TV, hair dryer and come with all towels and toiletries.

A high chair and travel cot are available. Bed linen for this is not provided.
