This website exists to provide the public with information about the National Trails in England and Wales. It is managed by Walk England who have responsibility for promoting National Trails.

Each of the 15 National Trails have their own web space, for the majority these exist as part of this website, but some are owned and managed independently, for example the South West Coast Path. Individual Trail managers keep the data on their pages as up to date as possible. You can contact them directly if you have any questions about the information about their Trail.
