The house can accommodate up to 7 people as the twin en-suite room can have a single z-bed in the main bedroom, also it has an adjoining sitting room with double settee/put-u-up.
One of the twin rooms is ensuite, the other has its own separate bathroom.
The whole house is a non-smoking property and is not suitable for young children or dogs.

A friendly warm welcome is assured to this 400 year old flint cottage with a wealth of oak beams situated on the South Downs Way, 1/3 of the total distance from Eastbourne to Winchester, welcoming particularly walkers, runners and cyclists.
Both rooms have extensive facilities, including; tea tray, hair dryer and T.V. A z-bed is also available for either room.
There are two cats living on site but are excluded from accommodation at all times.
A very good local pub 'The Plough' is only a five minute walk also an M&S 'Simply Food' store. People and luggage transport can be arranged, also horse stabling/paddock available by prior arrangement.
