Additional information

Rail connections to Lewes and Brighton.  Bus 8 from Eastbourne railway station (stand L or H) runs to and from the SDW footpath start, twice an hour weekdays and Sats, hourly on Sundays.  Bus 12/13/712 gives good access to Seven Sisters, Beachy Head, Seaford, Newhaven, and Brighton every 15 minutes or so.  Bus 126 runs 4 or 5 times a day between Seaford and Eastbourne via Alfriston, Drusillas Zoo, and Wilmington, Mon - Sat. Tourist Information Centre.
