Level crossing at Southease station closed Saturday 16th July

10th July 2017

This weekend between 23:00 on 15/07/17 until 03:00 on the 17/07/17 Network Rail will be closing the Southease Level crossing that carries the South Downs Way. The level crossing itself will be closed to all users. However walkers and dismounted cyclists will still be able to continue their journey via the Southease station platforms and the station footbridge. Unfortunately there is no available diversion for horse-riders and no way across the railway line at this point.
