Fancy a new challenge? Then why not "Try a Trail" and have a go at this 14 mile mountain bike ride starting from Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. For a map and route guide, download the pdf below. This is a revamp of a route previously available as Hebden Bridge by bike but with a new map and some optional links to try if desired.
The route incorporates sections of the Pennine Bridleway National Trail and the Calder Aire link to the Pennine Bridleway as well as snippets of Public Bridleway on the Pennine Way.
The ride is considered to be moderate to challenging for mountain bikers.
This map uses public bridleways which are also popular with horse riders and walkers so please ride responsibly. Reduce your speed when passing other Trail users and remember to warn them of your approach.
