Can I use the Trail for short walks?
Yes. There are many sections that make a good 'there and back' walk. On the Norfolk Coast Path, you can make use of the CoastHopper to walk one way and get the bus back. Use the timetables in the Planning a trip.
-
How long should I allow to walk the whole Trail?
Most long distance walkers take around 8 days

Should I carry water?
Yes. The route, particularly the Peddars Way only passes directly through six villages, only three of which have a shop or pub. The East Anglian summers can be very hot. It is strongly advised that if you take water from the rivers you should use purification equipment.
