The Environment Agency are carrying out important flood defence work on the Brancaster Bank from 4th March until the Easter weekend. This does not affect access on the Norfolk Coast Path.

Brancaster circular walk affected by flood defence work.

The Environment Agency are carrying out important flood defence maintenance on the Brancaster Bank. This is part of our Brancaster Circular Walk, connected to the Norfolk Coast Path. Due to this, the footpath from Gypsy Lane along the bank, is temporarily closed until Easter weekend. When the work is completed walkers should enjoy an enhanced walking surface along the bank.
