Autumn Colours

22nd October 2014

Autumn is fabulous time of the year to be out on the Trail walking, especially good this year following such a good summer and september, with good ground conditions underfoot. The Offa's Dyke Path is blessed with one of the best places in the country to appreciate the autumn colours, with about 15 miles of it traversing the Wye Valley from Chepstow to Monmouth. With Offa's Dyke Path on one side of the valley and the Wye Valley Walk on the other, with many circular and linking routes there are endless opportunities to walk and appreciate the colours of autumn. check the following for a few ideas  http://www.visitwyevalley.com/?page_id=231  or http://www.wyedeantourism.co.uk/system-images/files/EasyWalks.pdf

To find out more about whats happening in the Wye Valley, check out the AONB website http://www.wyevalleyaonb.org.uk/ and follow them on twitter  @wyebeauty
