Istead and Ifield Harriers are again planning their 30k run around the North Downs in Kent, predictably called "the North Downs Run 30k"! The event regularly attracts between 500 and 600 runners, keen to test their stamina on the challenging route.
Readers of Runners World magazine voted it the 2nd best off road race in the UK. This year the race will be on Sunday 24th June 2012, and further details and an application form can be found on the website http://www.isteadandifield.org.uk/page8.html
