Two parallel steep sided wooded valleys reach the coast at Sandsend separated by Sandsend Rigg, only a few hundred metres wide. Deep in the woods lie the remains of two ancient castles while a third dominates the hillside to the north. Welcome to Mulgrave Woods and castles.
