It is hoped the London 2012 Olympic games will inspire more young people to get active, but here is an example of a young man who needs no encouragement. From a very young age he has been climbing mountains and walking long distance routes and at the tender age of 12 has just completed the Pennine Way National Trail, walking an average of 15 miles a day.
Well done James, if there were medals for climbing mountains, you deserve one!
