The Thames Path National Trail is a walk following the River Thames from its source in the Cotswolds to the Thames Barrier in London. http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/ThamesPath/ http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/ThamesPath/article.asp?PageId=3&ArticleId=63 The Thames Path Route Management Team has received an additional grant allocation from Natural England for remedial works to 15 locations along the Thames Path and 1 location along The Ridgeway National Trails.The summer floods caused extensive damage along the Thames Path in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and downstream in Windsor and Maidenhead and Reading.
