We hope that the South Downs Way is always easy and enjoyable to use and that your experience is an unforgettable one, however we also understand that sometimes for a variety of reasons problems occur. With over a hundred miles of public rights of way and thousands of signposts, gates and stiles on hundreds of different landowners land, there's always work to be done.

Your help with reporting any problems that you have come across can help us to investigate and rectify the issues as quickly as possible and direct our resources to the right place.

Please use the form below to tell us about a problem that you have encountered. Please add as much detail as possible, as this makes finding the issues a lot quicker. The external links on the right will direct you to rights of way maps of Hampshire and West Sussex, you can use these maps to find the path number you were on when you encountered your problem. On the Hampshire map you can also report a right of way problem directly to the County Council, but please also let us know if you have reported a problem direct. All other problems should be reported using the form below.
