Travistrek.co.uk was initiated in 2003 by Scott Cunningham who is totally blind. Amazingly, he has now trekked the 3 main long distance walks in Scotland with his superfit guide dog Travis. With Scotland under their belt, the dynamic duo are now looking further afield, and will this year will tackleall 268 miles of the Pennine Way. They will cross the border back home to Scotland in 16 continuous walking days starting on the 10th May 2007.

New Book - Circular Walks Along the Pennine Way

The Pennine Way is Britain’s longest, most popular and most renowned long-distance path. Circular Walks along the Pennine Way is the first book to make it available to day walkers. Since most people are unable to complete a long-distance walk of the magnitude of the Pennine Way, this book makes Britain’s premier National Trail accessible to those of average ability, breaking it down into manageable sections and combining these with the best possible return routes to create enjoyable circular walks.
