Last weekend Micheal Wood completed running the Offa's Dyke Path National Trail in 47hr 25 min total running time with gross time from start to finish 64hr 10min. To the best of my knowledge this is the fastest anybody has completed the whole trail in. He was helped on this epic journey by fellow runners from the Cheltenham running club 'Almost Athletes' , Jos and Chris Midgley, Marek Wojtaszek and Nick Lewis.
